Acceptable Use Policy

You may not use Clavix360 to

• Break any applicable law, or infringe anyone’s rights
• Store or transmit malware, or attempt to breach our systems or another customer’s workspace
• Send unsolicited bulk email through the platform
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or replicate the service
• Resell or sublicense access without a written reseller agreement
• Run automated load that degrades performance for other customers
• Upload data you have no lawful basis to process

Enforcement

We may suspend access for serious or repeated breaches. Where practical we warn first; where the risk is immediate, we act first and explain after.
