You may not use Clavix360 to
- Break any applicable law, or infringe anyone’s rights
- Store or transmit malware, or attempt to breach our systems or another customer’s workspace
- Send unsolicited bulk email through the platform
- Scrape, reverse-engineer, or replicate the service
- Resell or sublicense access without a written reseller agreement
- Run automated load that degrades performance for other customers
- Upload data you have no lawful basis to process
Enforcement
We may suspend access for serious or repeated breaches. Where practical we warn first; where the risk is immediate, we act first and explain after.
