Trials and demos
The 3-day demo is free. No payment is taken and nothing is charged when it ends.
Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel at any time from your account or by writing to info@clavix360.app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep access until then, and you can export your data throughout.
Refunds
Monthly plans. We do not refund part-months. Cancel before renewal to avoid the next charge.
Annual plans. Refundable pro-rata within the first 14 days of the annual term. After that there is no refund, and cancellation takes effect at renewal. The 14 days align with the statutory withdrawal period.
Setup fees. Non-refundable once setup work has begun.
If we fail. If we materially fail to provide the service and cannot fix it within a reasonable time, you are entitled to a pro-rata refund for the unusable period.
